On placing an order a confirmation e mail will be sent to you. When the products are being despatched another confirmation of despatch e mail will be sent to you.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS POLICY
We are sure you will be happy with your purchases from Guava Oriental Fashions & Accessories. However, if you are not entirely satisfied you can return the item to us in its fully resalable state within 7 days of receipt.
To make a return please contact Customer Services kate@guavafashion.com or 01325 339137 and you will be given a returns number and the returns address. Please advise us as to whether you require a replacement, a refund or an exchange.
